Clinics are held at the BUPA Hospital Leicester, Holmfield Consulting Rooms Leicester and the Fitzwilliam Hospital, Peterborough. These locations are convenient for clients from the East and West Midlands, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, West Norfolk and Lincolnshire.

Appointments are normally available within two weeks of instructions. Assessments for personal injury usually take one and a half hours but those involving the assessment of brain injury are longer depending on the extent of injury. Reports are usually available within two weeks of final appointments. Full terms, conditions and charges are available on request.
